Public levels are available to all , meaning anyone who accesses the web site can view public information.

Relevant Local News - Whats happening in the local community - this might be a report on an open day , or an event , crime figures , think of it as a local newspaper . Input would be required from forum members.
Relevant National and International News - Covering relevant events .
Events - Information on talks , events , community groups etc
Help and Assistance - Where to go for advice - could be crime related , or accessing community and learning facilities. To include links to other agencies
Private levels are restricted to registered users only. Registered users are those in possession of a user name and password neither of which should be disclosed to a third party as it undermines the security of the system.

Representatives Reports ( Meetings Attended on Forums Behalf )
An interactive forum to discuss thoughts and ideas. For those unfamiliar with online forums think of it as a meeting open all hours but where instead of speaking you type when you wish to raise a point or reply to someones elses point.
